Oil from the Oliveiras (Olive Tree)

                                                                “ But I am like a green olive tree in the house of God;
I trust in and confidently rely on the loving-kindness and the
mercy of God forever and ever. “ Psalms 52:8

Mountains, cows, chickens, herb garden, and a river in our back yard. Since I was a little girl, I've heard my father dream about a place
like that and his dream never came true, at least here on earth. I know that now he's living in a better and more beautiful place but I'm
not there with him yet. It means this dream was and is alive inside the hearts of our family. Years and years later, I saw this dream
fulfilled. My sister called me and told me she has bought a land in Minas Gerais and is building our little ranch. It is called Solar das
Oliveiras. When I heard the name, my heart was overwhelmed because Oliveira is our family name. As I cried, I could see my father
smiling from heaven.

There's something very special about the Oliveira name (by the way, Oliveira is a Portuguese name for the olive tree). It's not only
because my father gave it to us, but, also, because my heavenly Father gave to us a name with special meaning. My sister's call
brought back to my mind this prophetic word from God. One day I was talking to God, and I was trying to understand why difficult things
happened, why He led us, our family, through such a harsh process. I was not complaining about our “suffering” but trying to see His
purpose through everything. Then He softly told me that our family (the Oliveiras) carries His anointing but as a result of being from an
olive tree, the fruit (us, each member of our family) must be crushed, smashed until the oil has been taken from it. I didn't focus on the
fact of being crashed which means suffer and pain, but on the fact of seeing oil (anointing) coming from our lives. That just makes my
heart leaped!

When I look at my family, I see how this is true. Every one of us has been through hard time, but at the end, we always see the “oil”
coming out from our lives. Then others are blessed through our testimonies, and then the presence of God is being manifested.
That's what makes me feel much honored to be an “Oliveira”. In the beginning, it was only because my father gave us that last name,
but since the heavenly revelation it has been much more than that.

I don't share this with my family, because they may not understand, but I share other things with them. I share my joy, my pain, my
victory, my overcoming of difficulties. And now, we have a special place to gather together: SOLAR DAS OLIVEIRAS. I'm looking forward
to seeing them again and to seeing how God has been good to us: seeing how, through the struggles and victories, the oil has been
anointing our whole family, our friends and neighbors and seeing how it has come out until, overflows everywhere the Oliveiras are.
